We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all credit cards, debit cards such as Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, etc.
We use USPS to deliver your orders. Please note that we ship only within the US.
Once customers place orders on Kromi, we will assign a tracking number to each order and notify customers by emails. Customers can check when they can receive their orders using the tracking numbers.
Under our Purchase Protection program, we accept returns for eligible products. These products/items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloadable products
- Foods or organic products
- Items that are damaged by shipping carrier (if properly packaged by the seller).
- Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
- Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays.
- Items that are returned without a return agreement.
- Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations.
- Items prohibited from sale on Kromi, including services and intangible goods.
Items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our Purchase Protection. Please work with your sellers to arrange a return and sellers will accept Returns for eligible products.
In general, we accept Returns within 30 days from purchase. Customers will pay for shipping fees unless stated otherwise. The returned packages must be in their original states, no open box.
